Hi Yasuke, not really on any budget but just want to make every cent count. Public bath is definitely not a good idea. if all Japanese hotel have only public bath, we would rather stick to western hotel. Recommend me want that is near good Onsen and also other places of interest such as the fish market. Thanks! Yours Sincerely Sean.

I need you to help me answer the following questions... 1) Which airport and how to get there? 2) Which hotel would you recommend? something with japanese charm instead of big hotel. 3) What can of weather and temperature during end September and early october? Dear Yasuke, thank you for your patience in replying to my queries. Your replies gave us confidence to travel in Japan. Earlier we failed to locate Osaka New Hanku Hotel in Shin-Osaka! (JR fr Hiroshima) We could not read Japanese so lost some locker money opening & closing the lockers! There is NO TIMER & locker can only be locked ONCE. Ha! Ha! BUT we later got used to your ways. We took day trips to Sannomiya, Kobe & Motomochi. In Osaka, we went to O.Castle, Yodobashi & Namba. We had FUN & enjoyed ourselves. Thank You!

Hello Yasuke! Thanks for responding. I will be arriving at osaka from sapporo probably in the early afternoon on 1st July. Do you have any advice on the 'must see' places that I should visit for a day in Osaka? If I am not staying for the night, where can I deposit my luggage while I explore the place? And if I do stay, I intend to stay at the capsule hotel at Asahiplaza Shinsaibashi.

Please let me know if I can make a day trip from Osaka to Nara with my 7 day JR Pass. Please let me know if there are rental lockers for my luggage at the Nara JR train station. First of all is "Kai-yu-kan"(aquarium). then, an hour trip to the Himeji-castle( a world heritaige), or 30minits to Kobe by JR from Osaka. Budget Shopping arcades are plenty. My recomend is "Teng-Mang". It is the longest arcade in Japan.

Dear Yasuke, Thank you very much for replying. Yes, we are travelling from Tokyo to Kyoto to Hiroshima. We will be staying in a hotel near the Osaka JR Station from 15-17 June. Please let us know what are the attractions in Osaka other than the Universal Studios. Any palaces, castle, cultural shows, shopping arcade for wife or cheap restuarants? Thank You, rachsyt Singapore Please email me at : ybsoh@yahoo.com.sg
