I can guide you on Aoril 5th and 6th, if you like. I am 38 years old, married and have a 14 years old daughter. We went to India last year and are very interested in Indian culture. We are the Tokyo locals so we know well about Tokyo. Around April 5th is provably the best time to see cherry blossoms.
